Consultancy

As community builders, we understand that getting your people to go green can be difficult. Implementing green practices can be challenging or confusing especially at the very start.

With our ground up experiences, we can support your organisation or community in ways to develop or engage your people.

What Does Consultancy Cover?

We can help you not only shape your sustainability strategy, but to develop and articulate an action plan that organises and activates your people to deliver on your sustainability objectives. We offer end-to-end services across the three parts of the sustainability journey

Sustainable Event Management

  • Start to end framework to reduce the overall waste of an event
  • Documented approach to establish a baseline for future reference

Waste and Carbon Footprint Audits

  • Assess a facility's major waste types and output
  • Propose practical recommendations to reduce waste and carbon footprint

Sustainability Branding

  • Ensure that the angle to be covered (through platforms like press releases, reports) is authentic
  • Provide an independent perspective of the brand's offerings or services to minimise risk of greenwashing

Consultation

Identifying your needs and proposing solutions

1

We touch base initially to know your project and requirements. This gives us an understanding of the scope of work and sets the context of the project.

Based on your requirements and needs, we will work out some preliminary ideas and suggested solutions. Depending on what you need, we can help you get started on an ad hoc basis, or improve the event in a way that creates long term impact.

Implementation

Putting ideas into action

2

After obtaining your inputs, we will work to execute the ideas, providing updates via check-ins so that your project is on time and on budget.

Evaluation

Taking stock of the project

3

At the end of the event, we will provide an overall update on the outcomes of the project, including areas of improvement. If you are looking to improve this on a regular basis, we will also provide suggested parameters so that you can continue to measure your impact in an objective manner.

Testimonial

Throughout the collaboration, the Green Nudge team was attentive and understanding, and their willingness and dedication to make the workshop generative for participants and the industry is not only heard but felt. Their services are clearly bespoke and ensured that the content and output aligned with industry capacities and limitations. Overall, their workshop sessions were fruitful in helping us  understand what we can do to make sustainable art events, and how we can further empower our peers to go hand-in-hand with us to take this step together.

E-Waste Recycling Facility Visit

As part of the community engagement, we organised a visit to the electronic waste recycling facility for members of public. Participants not just joined in a physical visit, but also took part in the actual recycling of items such as fridges. By experiencing for themselves the amount of waste generated every month, we invite participants to start making small changes in the way they create and deal with e-waste in Singapore.
