We touch base initially to know your project and requirements. This gives us an understanding of the scope of work and sets the context of the project.
Based on your requirements and needs, we will work out some preliminary ideas and suggested solutions. Depending on what you need, we can help you get started on an ad hoc basis, or improve the event in a way that creates long term impact.

After obtaining your inputs, we will work to execute the ideas, providing updates via check-ins so that your project is on time and on budget.

At the end of the event, we will provide an overall update on the outcomes of the project, including areas of improvement. If you are looking to improve this on a regular basis, we will also provide suggested parameters so that you can continue to measure your impact in an objective manner.
Throughout the collaboration, the Green Nudge team was attentive and understanding, and their willingness and dedication to make the workshop generative for participants and the industry is not only heard but felt.
